**Requirements**:
**Outline of key responsibilities**:

- Providing desktop support including re-imaging of desktop computers to Windows 10/Office 365
- Preparing new equipment for deployment as directed by the ICT Manager and ICT Security and Desktop Coordinator - including Surface Pro's, laptops, universal docking solutions
- Carrying out password resets, permission changes and general user account maintenance within Microsoft Active Directory
- To perform minor repairs on desktop ICT equipment e.g. replacement/upgrade of components

**Person Specification**

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Previous or current experience providing desktop ICT support in a small to medium sized business environment
- Customer service experience preferably within an IT Helpdesk environment using call logging systems
- Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 with experience in Outlook client configuration and issue investigation
- Full UK Driving Licence
