About your team
The Early Careers team is focused on bringing fresh, insightful, diverse and bright talent into the organization. Our graduates, interns and apprentices are vital to the success of the business as their work helps to drive us towards our strategic goals.
About your role
About you
You should have previous line management experience as well as strong motivational skills and resilience to want to achieve and overcome obstacles. You will be required to manage multiple stakeholders across the organisation so you will need the ability to navigate and build strong relationships and credibility at all levels across regions and functions. You should be naturally curious with a drive to understand the latest thinking within the early careers talent arena. Key decision making in a timely way will be crucial whilst explaining the reasoning behind those decisions to ensure the support and engagement of those involved. You will want to work collaboratively with colleagues across regions and functions, and you will have the ability to remove organisational barriers and obstacles to deliver a Fidelity wide early careers solution. Knowledge of working across locations such as Europe, India and Asia will be helpful.
