Onboarding Support, supports a growing team and assists with the management requirements for new clients by building energy and system knowledge. The core of this role is to drive our productivity and client delivery while providing resilience and flexibility.

**Description**
- Support the EMEA Onboarding team to onboard successfully clients across Europe,
- Build an understanding of energy data (contract, internal meter data, invoice structures, formats, elements across the EMEA Region, Russia, and India
- Build and develop strong supplier relationships to obtain required data from various team,
- Read, interpret & understand utility contracts, bills, in an efficient & timely manner
- Meet/exceed agreed contractual deadlines, assist clients and teams with their queries, make improvements and ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction
- Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Onboarding Lead.
- Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently
- Liaise with the Onboarding Lead, Head of Operations, and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
- Create, maintain onboarding tools, but also other admin documents needed by the other teams during onboarding such as but not limited to LOA, site lists, TAC file's
- Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

**Profile**
- Fluent in 2 European languages including English
- Admin, Data management, and analysis experience
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills
- Preferred experience working within the energy industry across Europe
- A self-starter, who likes to get the job done properly the first time
- Experience in a client-facing role working directly with customers
- Ability to build and maintain both client and supplier relationships
- Strong reading, technical writing, and arithmetic skills in concert with advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software programs.
- Skill in analysing and interpreting utility and tariff data
- Ability to handle deadlines and high-stress situations periodically
- Strong analytical skills are required to absorb complex information about energy tariffs, the energy sector, and the legislative requirements affecting our business and clients.
