Just OT are recruiting for an experienced HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist, to work with our well-respected client based in Cheshire

We are looking for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join the Home Assessment team to complete assessments of those who have recently left hospital. Our goal is to maximise their independence and ensure the right sized care is prescribed.

Completing Strength based assessments, Moving and handling assessments, recommend minor adaptations, identification of long term need and refer to the Community team where appropriate.

Implementation of goal setting to aid the promotion of their independence.

**Pay Rate**: £35.00 ph

Full time flexible working

**Essential Requirements**: HCPC Registered, Social Services Experience, car driver
