**Main Function of Job**

To assist the digital team with delivery of online marketing activities for Museum Selection, Culture Vulture and Pia Jewellery websites

**Location** Museum Selection Ltd - Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, OX44 7RW.

**Main Duties**

To ensure all of the website imagery and content is up to date and in line with the catalogue

To ensure continuity of order of content/style for each brand

To set up discount and promotion codes accurately and on time

To perform regular tests on the UK websites to ensure everything is working correctly and liaise with Paraspar as required

To work with e-commerce manager to ensure high quality user experience

To assist in the production of the daily, weekly and monthly figures

To assist in ensuring all products are strategically merchandised across the sites in bestsellers, new in, category listing pages, special offer pages etc.

To create, schedule and post media content across social platforms

To provide support to the E-Commerce Manager & Executives

To provide support with the marketing admin tasks

**Profile**

Marketing or Business graduate looking to start their career in digital marketing and E-commerce

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, planning and project coordination skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time

High standard of English with excellent IT skills

Excel knowledge essential

A positive and can-do attitude

Knowledge of French is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oxford, OX44 7RW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
