We are looking for a **SERVICE SUPERVISOR** to join the Pure family. This is a hands-on role’ and you will be responsible for supporting the Service Assistant Manager in managing the shop team in order to provide an excellent experience for every customer. **What we are offering**:

- Salary up to £14.50 per hr (including £1/hr sales bonus and £1/hr weekly team bonus after completing your training)
- Permanent contract (no zero-hour contracts at Pure)
- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3,600 worth of food and drinks per year)
- Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Service Assistant Manager in managing the shop team
- Ensuring the best customer service is delivered consistently
- Training new members of the team and inspiring them to be the best they can
- Ensuring the Health & Safety standards in the shop are always followed
- Accepting and preparing the Deliveroo orders
- Banking and shop closing duties
