**Job Title**: Assistant Butler (Food Service Assistant)

**Salary**: £25,000 to £27,000 (depending on experience)

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the esteemed Front of House Team within the Catering Department as an Assistant Butler (Food Service Assistant).

This position offers a competitive salary, a range of excellent benefits, and the chance to work in a dynamic and diverse catering environment.

Catering at the establishment is highly diverse, covering a wide range of functions throughout the year. From Formal Hall to private lunches, dinners, conferences, and events, large or small.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of meal services throughout the year.
- Manage a small team of casual Service Staff during certain periods.
- Maintain a meticulous, practical, and hands-on approach to the role.
- Follow a fixed and planned rota with a variety of shifts, including straight shifts and alternate weekends off.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in pursuing a career in food service.
- Willingness to undergo full training provided by the experienced team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to manage a small team of casual Service Staff when required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
