They specialise exclusively in premium brands within the small domestic appliance, air treatment, and floorcare categories and are seeking a talented individual to join their Customer Service team on full-time basis.

As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring a consistently high standard of accuracy and work quality.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Efficiently addressing customer queries with empathy, knowledge, and a keen understanding.
- Processing customer orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Swavesey, Mon-Fri role (during peak periods having the flexibility for working 1 in 3 weekends
