A large creative agency of mine is looking for a Senior 3D Designer with experience in FMCG.

**Salary** - £55,000 - £60,000

**Location** - London - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week remote.

You will be joining the team to be responsible for generating concepts and visual design related to in-store initiatives. You will need to have an active interest in retail marketing and be able to deliver commercially focused creative work of the highest standard, leveraging your experience in shopper marketing.

**Key Responsibilities for the Senior 3D Designer**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple retail channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Provide quick, commercially sound creative solutions across print and digital formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage artwork and production processes from concept through to delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their organisation, market, and strategic goals.
- Support the planning and execution of print and digital media campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed for both.
- Ensure accurate costing, scheduling, and delivery for all creative output.

**Key Skills for the Senior 3D Designer**:

- Proven experience in multi-channel retail marketing, with a strong portfolio of work across print and digital media.
- In-depth knowledge of print production, reprographics, digital asset creation, and related costs.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of artwork preparation and production processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align creative work to business objectives
