**Software Implementation Consultant**
Implementation Consultant / Software / Project Management / Permanent / West Midlands
My client, a well-established but still rapidly growing software company is looking for a driven and experienced Implementation Consultant to join the team.
The Implementation Consultant will work with the implementation services team and become a key member of the project delivery team, responsible for providing software implementation to a high standard within agreed timescales, budget and scope.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers on client site in change management and implementing solutions.
- Responsible for the consultancy, configuration and training sessions.
- Training of users (both super users and day-to-day users) in specific product and help them with configuration.
- Engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately record time for all consultancy work as part of projects.
- Provide technical and functional documentation for internal and external customers.
- Work closely with Trainers to improve process and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for potential new customers.
- Travel to / from customer site for project delivery.
**Key Experience and Knowledge required**:
- Experience working in a similar Implementation Consultant role within the software industry.
- Experience in delivering end user system training.
- Experience in delivering software implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, client-facing and able to maintain strong relationships.
- Be a decision maker and have a problem-solving attitude.
- Have a full clean driving license.
The salary range for the position is £38,000-£45,000 plus a company car, company laptop, mobile phone and a comprehensive benefits package.
