Have you worked in manufacturing or a similar setting? Are you an experienced HR professional with strong ER and Management experience? Do you have experience working within a Share Service Centre?
A production company are looking to build a dedicated Transactional Services team which will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the Implementation Lead - People Services, the HR Advisor TeamLeader will hold overall responsibility and accountability for building, leading and managing a specialist team of HRAdvisors in the Shared Service Centre.
The HR Advisor Team Leader’s purpose is to lead the management of a professional, proactive, expert HR advisory service at all levels across the business. To support the provision of day to day HR case management of serious / complex employment issues.
As HR Advisor Team Leader (with a bias of strong ER case work) you will lead a small team of HR Advisors based within the UK and Ireland providing expert knowledge and advice whilst instilling best practice and consistency. You and your team will managea portfolio of cases including conduct, absence, capability, grievances and disciplinaries.
