Our client is a premium automotive retailer who are looking for a Service Valeter based at their Bolton centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.
The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a Service Valeter, responsible for making sure that every car is valeted and preparedwith the company's quality standards and process' are maintained.
In return, the Service Valeter can expect a salary of £21,295 with an OTE of £22,195. There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events,Staff Discounts and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Carry out any valeting duties required on the car as deemed appropriate by your manager.
Assist with customer vehicle collection and delivery when required.
Record any complaints during collection/delivery and make sure that these are reported immediately.
Making sure all customer vehicles are parked in the location required on site.
Maintain excellent relationships with all staff and customers.
Skills & Requirements
Have excellent customer service skills.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Have a desire work for a reputable brand.
Thrive under pressure.
Have a friendly, positive, confident attitude towards customer service.
