If you are passionate about leading and inspiring a team of people along with a drive to achieve productivity targets our Warehouse Team Leader role at DFS could be perfect for you. Our Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day leadership and management of their team including areas such as performance and absence management, health & safety compliance, achieving of production targets, and personal development. You will need to have an engaging and inspiring personality to motivate you team to achieve production targets in a "Just-In-Time" environment. Experience in a manufacturing background would be beneficial but is not essential. There is a lot of on the job training so if you have a willingness to learn we will teach you everything you need to know. Please be aware that this is an operational Team Leader role so there will be alot of manual heavy lifting involved.
