As our Compliance Administrator / Compliance Coordinator, you’ll initially be overseeing your own area of compliance focus (we call them modules), ensuring that we are instructing regulatory / legal requirements on behalf of our clients.

Once you’ve got your own module buttoned down, you’ll be able to gather some experience of other team member’s modules, in order to be able to support and help each other, but also giving your role variety.
**What are some of the things you’ll be doing? **
- You’ll be receiving customer enquiries (internal and external), establishing their needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You’ll be producing documentation resulting from these enquiries, ensuring accurate information passes to appropriate colleagues. Data input - keeping the compliance database up to date.
**What skills and experience will help you to be a successful Compliance Administrator / Compliance Coordinator?**
- Previous administration support experience
- You’ll be super organised and a confident problem solver- Providing a high level of customer service will come naturally to you- You’ll have great communicate skills, both written and verbal- You’ll be confident using Microsoft (Outlook, Excel and Word) to a basic to intermediate level; being able to do Excel vlookups, etc is an advantage, but it’s not essential - you’re willingness to learn is far more important- Being able to pick up new systems quickly is key
- If you’re already experienced in Health and Safety and have a compliance understanding, that would be also be beneficial
**This role would suit someone who is .** resilient, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Someone who is excited by gathering and obtaining information when adding new sites to the database and establishing what’s needed by way of compliance.
You’ll also be confident to ‘challenge’ the Property Managers, (eg when one of their properties is not compliant). But above all, definitely someone who is willing to learn and develop.
