**Salary: up to £58,000, dependant on experience**

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced ans dynamic Change Manager to join our Public Sector client based in Reading, who are going through some exciting changes The role is offered as a Permanent position working on a remote orhybrid working basis with immediate start preferred.

The duties of the Change Manager include:

- Lead the development and implementation of an integrated change and engagement strategy; take strategic and operational lead on all engagement relating to the portfolio, providing specialist knowledge and professional advice to senior leadership and managementon issues and opportunities
- Lead on the design and deployment of change management and people engagement interventions to ensure people buy-in and commitment to organisational change
- Plan and organise change interventions with an appreciation of any associated longer-term issues, ensuring activities complement and feed into broader project plans
- Work with project teams and colleagues to ensure that proposed changes are understood and effectively embedded within the relevant areas of the organisation
- Carry out detailed stakeholder analysis and mapping to identify specific audiences, understand impact of change and ensure targeted messaging and activities are delivered through relevant channels. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged to supportongoing buy in and readiness for change
- Take responsibility for the continuous review of benefit realisation and the effectiveness and success of business change activities, updating plans and approaches accordingly
- Identify risks and issues appropriately and support the resolution of issues / problems across portfolio activity
- Provide expertise, develop and promote appropriate tools and techniques to support these duties

The Change Manager will ideally have:

- Experience within the public sector in a similar role
- Experience in change management concepts and practices, design, and delivery of communication and engagement strategies
- Understand the theory and principles underpinning business change management
- Experience of delivering change and managing outcomes in a complex environment
- Have in-depth understanding of change management methodologies and associated tools and templates
