We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels and wants to provide great hospitality to our guests, contributing to them having a Happy stay with us.**
**As a Breakfast Chef;**
Reliability is very important as Shifts are;
5am - 2pm Monday - Friday.
7am - 12 or 2 pm Saturday & Sunday.
Either 4 or 5 days out of 7. We work a set 2 week rota system, so your rota won't change week by week unless you need to swap shifts for an appointment or another member of staff takes a holiday. We look to create a work life balance, let us know your commitments and we can try to adapt a rota around you & our other team members in the kitchen.
You must drive, cycle or live local as we are not on a morning bus route.
You must have at least 2 years cooking experience.
Your main role will be cooking breakfast for our 29 bedroom hotel customers and occassional takeaway breakfast, prep for lunch service, work along side our team during lunch service. You will also check and accept delivery orders, preparation work & keep the kitchen clean & tidy. We keep our kitchen to a high level of Hygiene as we are an established gluten free restaurant.
We can offer straight & split shifts to suit your commitments. Let us know which days & hours from above times you are available.
