Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate Memorable Promotional Events:
You will be at the forefront of planning and executing promotional events that leave a lasting impression on our customers. From concept to completion, you'll ensure that every detail is thoughtfully arranged to deliver a memorable experience.

Nurture Positive Client and Vendor Relationships:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive connections will contribute to successful collaborations and partnerships.

Develop Innovative Promotional Strategies:
Utilising your creativity and market knowledge, you will contribute to developing innovative promotional strategies that set us apart from the competition and drive sales. Your strategic approach will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives.

Organize and Distribute Promotional Materials:
You will be responsible for organizing promotional materials and ensuring their efficient distribution. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that our materials reach the right audience at the right time.

Manage Promotional Budgets:
You'll play a significant role in managing budgets for promotional activities. Your strong analytical skills will help optimize spending and ensure that campaigns are cost-effective.

Monitor and Analyze Campaign Success:
Tracking and reporting on the success of promotional campaigns will be essential in measuring their impact. Your ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights will help us refine our strategies and achieve even greater results.

Conduct Comprehensive Market Research:
Your role as a Promotions and Sales Assistant will involve conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends. Your insights will be valuable in tailoring our campaigns to the preferences and needs of our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or promotions is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for creativity and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
