Cafe Supervisor

**Grounds Cafe Howe Park**

Is currently looking a **Supervisor** to join the team and support the Cafe General Manager in the daily running of the Cafe. We are after someone who is self motivated, driven and energetic and who wants to develop themselves in a Company that has a 'family' feel

You will be required to work 5 day per week but there is flexibility in the shift patterns if required.

As a Supervisor you will be expected to drive the team on a shift to shift basis to deliver outstanding customer service, serving a range of fantastic food and drinks, including our own 'homemade' gelato and cakes with enthusiasm and a smile.

You will be able to lead shifts and plan the daily routine, whilst complying with the company and legislative requirements.

Ideally you will have some experience of managing a team of staff and running shifts in a busy environment but a **'can do'** attitude and a drive **to always do better** is just as important.
