The organisation:
The Talent Set are working with an awesome heath charity who are looking for a Publishing Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages orders and invoicing and provide guidance and advice to team members on administrative systems and processes.
- Maintain, coordinate and control all warehoused stock of publications and information in other formats including stock levels, order limits and usage, ordering systems, reprints and processing of customer data, distribution process and scrapping.
- Coordinates the cost-effective delivery and distribution of printed publications to all audiences.
- Manages main in-house online ordering system and external organisations. Admin responsibility for system capability and improvement suggestions including generation of invoices, processing and budget tracking; secure data management in line with GDPR requirements.
- Liaison with Finance team on orders and payment processing including credit card, cheques and remittance control.
- Establishes and maintains effective and secure electronic data filing systems.
- Data analysis of CRS reports and orders to inform understanding of audiences and business planning
Person specification:
- Knowledge and experience of databases include collating data and producing reports, data protection legislation and the processing of personal and sensitive data in line with in-house processes and GDPR requirements.
- Experience working in customer relations or administrative service environment.
- Experience of using office systems and processes, including stock tracking systems, budgeting and financial systems and management.
What's on offer:
This a full-time role offering a salary of £24,328 pro rata + £3,600 LW if applicable. The role can be fully remote or hybrid with the main office based in central London.
