**Role Overview**

As a Compliance Officer at Boohoo, you will be responsible for providing expert support and advice on regulatory matters, ensuring the business understands and meets its regulatory obligations, and managing regulatory risks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide advisory services, offering guidance on regulatory obligations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, communicating changes effectively.
- Conduct compliance monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and standards.
- Assist in creating an effective Compliance Framework for the business.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Strong understanding of FCA, PSR, and ICO obligations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

**Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Qualification in Compliance at certification level or above.

**Interview Process**:
If successful from this meeting then you will be asked to meet with the head of compliance who will go through your experience further and what value you could bring to the team.

If the head of compliance likes what they see, they will ask for you to come back and present a task you are able to work on in your own time.

If successful from there we will bring you on board
