kinderzimmer UK is currently looking for Nursery Room Leaders to join our Baby, Toddler or Preschool room.

Join our dynamic team at kinderzimmer Walthamstow, an 85-place nursery housed in a brand-new, purpose-built two-story building. Conveniently located near the Victoria underground line and various bus routes, our nursery is designed to provide a nurturing environment for young minds to flourish. With a first-floor balcony overlooking the outdoor learning area and a separate kitchen and dining area to promote healthy eating habits, our facilities are thoughtfully crafted to support the holistic development of each child. **What you will be doing**
- Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
- Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
- Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

**Who you are**

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for Nursery Room Leaders that;
- Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
- Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Nursery Room Leader or similar
- A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
- An inspirational Nursery Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
