We support individuals to regain their independence following an accident or a period of illness, and we help them to remain in their own home. **In this development role you will spend the first 12 months enhancing your leadership skills and learning the Team Leader role through (Single Status 7)**: - Working on ‘duty’: being on hand for Support Workers to provide advice, including at evenings and weekends. - Taking the lead on a key service area, for example medication and Equality & Diversity - Completing Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship. **After 12-month development period you will**: - Take on responsibility for the line management of a team of Support Workers/Lead Support Workers - Oversee client review visits and monitor the progression of clients. **Upon commencement of these duties and reaching apprenticeship end point assessment your salary will increase to Single Status 8** We are looking to invest in talented individuals who want to connect with people. Experience in communicating with clients and professionals, accurately recording information, and working in a fast-paced environment will stand you in good stead for the position of Team Leader.
