**Position**:Children's ResidentialSupport Worker
**Location**: Spalding
**Salary**: Starting from £30,000

**Job Details**:
As a Young Persons Support Worker, you'll care for up to four young individuals aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), additional needs, and learning challenges. Your role involves providing therapeutic support, ensuring positive outcomes, and meeting OFSTED standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide care in a residential setting
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Maintain and update care plans
- Organize activities both in and out of the home
- Assist with personal care and transportation
- Demonstrate empathy and effective communication skills

**Shifts and Hours**:

- Full-time, 39 hours per week.
- Shift times of 7:30/8am - 11pm (Sleep in duties)
- Shifts run on a 3-week rotating pattern and are given 3 months in advance at least;
Week 1 - Mon + Thurs

Week 2 - Tue + Fri + Sun

Week 3 - Wed + Sat

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to provide personal care
- Hold a valid UK driver's license
- Empathetic with good communication skills
- Able to commute to Spalding
