**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, utilising computerised tools to enhance efficiency.
- You will need to have the ability to work on your own and have the initiative to help grow the business.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
