As a commercial and residential solicitor at this firm, you will be managing a caseload of matters including:

- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Equity release
- Commercial leases

To be considered for this role you must:

- Be a UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum 3 years of PQE
- Experienced with residential property matters, commercial property would be an advantage but is not necessary
- Have a good attitude and be driven - excellent progression is available to the successful solicitor
