An opportunity has arisen for Warranty Administrator for the Dinnages dealership group, based at our head office at Haywards Heath.

With a methodical approach and eye for detail you will be supporting the Group Warranty Manager in a vital role, processing, submitting and tracking warranty claims.

A team player, the role requires communication with Manufacturers represented by Dinnages. Further you will be required to maintain a good professional relationship and assist Technicians, Workshop Control and Service personnel with warranty queries.
- Ensure all warranty Job Cards are written to comply with warranty procedures and advise of any concerns.
- Retain any defective parts, administer and arrange return as required/requested.
- Keep up to date with changes in warranty process and ensure that relevant parties are advised.
- Posses excellent organisational and time management skills

And will be able to:

- Understand and follow manufacturers warranty repair processes exactly.
- Be able to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms
- Be computer literate and able to learn new systems and processes

Existing automotive technological knowledge is preferred for this role, with previous experience in a similar role advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
