We currently have opportunities to join us as a Bank Autism Practitioners at our home in Barton-upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire. Options Applegate is an autism specific transitional service, rated CQC Outstanding, where life-long learning can be developed further, including social and domestic skills, along with community and leisure facility access.

Options Applegate offers high quality accommodation and personalised support to people with autistic spectrum conditions (with or without a formal diagnosis), learning disabilities and complex needs. Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible. An ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

This is a flexible role where you would be paid an hourly rate working shifts as agreed with the Managers to cover for things such as annual leave. The shifts are offered out to the Bank team and can include day shifts, night shifts, evenings or weekends as we operate a 24/7, 52-week service.

**Who are we looking for?**

This role is ideal for those who have ad hoc availability to work shifts but can’t currently commit to a permanent role with a fixed working pattern. No previous industry experience is required as we will provide full training and support which starts with a fantastic two-day core induction and continues when you are in post.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-43 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
