The role would see you responsible for:

- Deal with the acquisition and disposal of assets and shares, including drafting and negotiation of Asset Purchase Agreements and Share Purchase Agreements
- Correspond with clients, solicitors, lenders, agents and other third parties throughout the process
- Ensure that due diligence is carried out and that clients are kept informed throughout
- Help train junior members of staff to ensure that they are adequately competent and confident in their abilities to work on these cases
Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 years' experience dealing with company commercial matters, with particular reference to the health care sector (although experience with health care commercial matters is not essentialas full training is provided). You will preferably have good experience dealing with corporate clients and be entirely confident in your ability to deal with all aspects of commercial cases.
