**Job Purpose**
You will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service to all our Members and Visitors. You will be responsible for taking orders and payment using the EPOS system, as well as ensuring all food and drink orders arrive smoothly and efficiently with a professional and friendly approach. You will also be required to assist with the setting up of functions, events and conferences held within the Complex.

**Note: This is a zero hour role initially on a temporary contract**

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years experience of working in a Hospitality environment is desired
- Knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality industry
- Enthusiastic, well presented and customer focussed
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Accountabilities & Tasks**
- Taking orders and payments from Members and Visitors using the EPOS system
- Prepare drinks orders when placed, and to take food orders out to tables when ready
- Ensuring all tables and the Bar area is always kept clean and tidy
- Dealing with any enquiries as they arise
- Upsell any additional menu items as required
- Communicate with the Kitchen Team on food order progression, and to liaise with duty Chef on any queries
- To serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to Weights and Measures compliance
- Complete daily financial checks - opening day float check and close of day cash-up reports
- Any additional duties as requested by the Bar & Events Manager or the Bar Supervisors

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Great customer service feedback from Members and Visitors

**Note: This is a zero hour role initially on a temporary contract**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.20-£9.85 per hour
