White Horse Employment are partnering with a large international company who very closely within the public sector. They are continually growing and have large financial investments which is driving them to become a massive competitive business within thereindustry. Having started out as a small family run business they have a good family feel to the company creating a lovely space to work in by keeping a lot of those traditional work ethics in place.
They are currently recruiting for an interim Office Manager to support them through a time of change as well as helping them with the coordination of office moves for 3/4 of their offices throughout the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To liaise with the new landlords of their new office spaces to coordinate moves
- Organise certain office events for teams
- Manage the day to day of their office and working alongside team leaders and managers
- Manage the health and safety for those working in the offices (although the majority of their teams are working from home)
- General office duties
You will come with:
- Good Office Management experience
- Ideally have experience with coordinating office moves
- Experience with organising work events
- Good administrative and coordination
