Overview
Compass Associates are proud to support in their search for Speech and Language to join the Wellbeing Clinical Team experienced in supporting school aged children. You will be a part of rapidly growing private sector provider of education and care for young people and adults with ASC.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as they expand their clinical provision, making a real difference and implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach.
**Responsibilities**:
You will hold a speech and language therapy caseload, contribute to staff training, complete clinical consultations, and support reflective practice.
You will provide specialist assessments for the specific client group. Followed with making decisions about treatment options, considering relevant evidence
- based research, theoretical and practical knowledge.
To undertake direct intervention with the children/ young adults we support.
To work as a key member of the MD Team which encompasses the education, residential and clinical services.
**Requirements**:
Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree/qualification.
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) licence to practice.
Member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists.
Interest in special educational needs and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Clinical experience and working knowledge of paediatrics.
