Abercrombie & Kent are experts in creating bespoke, tailor-made escapes for eager adventurers with a case of wanderlust As the world gradually starts to open and jetsetters are prepping to tick off their travel bucket list, Abercrombie & Kent are looking for two IT Support apprentices to support their team

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 IT Support qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that user equipment is maintained correctly, including hardware and software servicing.
- Be the face of the IT team dealing with customer queries.
- Make recommendations for upgrades/improvements to ensure that the company remains efficient and up to date in terms of its technology and equipment.
- Onboarding and offboarding of new starters across systems.
- Work with the wider company on other projects as required.
- Exposure to Global IT business operations including supporting customers in other regions.

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Abercrombie & Kent.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- Annual wage of £16,000
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm (37.5 hours)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Good natural communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate about IT and looking to begin a career in the profession
- Reliable and adaptable
- 5 Grades at Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent that must include Maths at a grade 4/C and English at a grade 5/C.

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship.

**Your Training with Baltic**:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
