Support Worker

**You will part of a bespoke team supporting individuals within their own home. You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.**

We are currently recruiting for two individuals in the Lancaster area who live in their own homes with 24 hour support.

**Salary**

£12.00 - £12.50 per hour
