**Title: Airline Food Production Assistant / Airline Catering Assistant**

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Airline Food Production Assistants to work for our client, a leading airline caterer based in Manchester Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity for Airline Food Production Assistants to join a team of culinary experts based at the purpose-built kitchens helping to create customized meals adapted to meet the high-quality standards of Manchester prestigious airlines. Please note that you will be required to work in chillers (really cold environment). Your working hours will be 07:00 - 15:30. Starts available as soon as fully vetted and this will be on 4 on 4 off or 4 on 2 off shifts.

Your day will involve:

- Loading carts/trolleys with platters, dishes, utensils & containers necessary for inflight service.
- Assist in setting up and packaging of special meals/ingredients.
- Edit and organise labels outside & inside for the scheduled production of the day.
- Ensuring food packaging/storing regulations adhere to safety requirements and customers instructions.
- Tag every rack/trays/trolley according to company’s standards & processes.
- Ensure that left over ingredients and packaging material are properly labelled and returned in the dry storage, cooler or packaging material storage, respect all process control documentations.
- Bring trays & packaging material from the warehouse/waiting area.
