**About the role**:
Your role is to manage and co-ordinate the swift and efficient resolution of maintenance issues which arise for our tenants. This will be achieved through excellent organisation and fantastic communication skills - ensuring tenants feel cared for and up todate throughout any maintenance issues.
You will be directly contributing to a positive X1 experience, and be delivering a service that the company can be proud of. Some of the role responsibilities are:

- Organising maintenance within the properties in your portfolio
- Assisting in the summer turnaround of apartments each year
- Maintaining accurate file notes
- Create full refurbishment work proposals for properties
- Complete full written and photographic inventories of properties and their contents
- Arranging all compliance works

**Salary**: Starting from £20,000 per annum, plus quarterly commission
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
