Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 10am to 4pm, however as this vacancy is part time the hours are flexible.

The agents will cover all aspects of lettings, valuations, marketing, viewings, preparation of tenancy agreements, inventories/end of tenancy check-outs. Keeping up to date with current legislation and ensuring all properties are compliant.

**Essential skills required**:

- Good communication, able to feedback to clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
- Good customer service skills and confidence dealing with complaints.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage a diary effectively.
- Punctual & Reliable.
- Computer literate
- Able to work alone and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
