We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join us at Appoint Consulting as a Recruitment and Operations Administrator. The role requires somebody who is willing to get stuck in with all sides of the business from administrative tasks to running thesocial media pages.

The right person for this role will have strong administration skills, be meticulous in their attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential and existing clients, identifying possible opportunities
- Post job adverts and update job boards and social media
- Maintain and update internal CRM system daily
- Ensuring the company culture and value is representing throughout the resourcing process
- Assist with administration duties across the office and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all elements as required
- Creation of social media content and campaigns
- Maintenance and updating of website
- General administrative duties as required

Requirements and Skills
- This role requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- The role requires computer literacy
- The ability to multitask and work to deadlines is essential
- A real team player with a 'can do’ attitude is required
- A self-starter with a pro-active attitude is essential
- An effective and confident telephone manner, capable of building rapport and credibility on the phone and good general communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
