**Our Client**
Our client is a large, European-based business with a global product reach, looking to appoint a Design Engineer into their current team. A position which has arisen due to increase in demand and expansion in product offering.
**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Product Design Development Director, as a Design Engineer, you have the ability to modify designs to meet a specific market in addition to having an awareness of company brand.
The Design Engineer will be responsible for 2D and 3D modelling and visualisation for a range of mechanical components to meet customer requirements.
**About You**
As a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer or HNC/HND equivalent, the Design Engineer will be responsible for designing in both 2D and 3D products which have a high degree of ergonomic and aesthetic involvement. With a pro-active approach and a diligence tolearn, your energy & enthusiasm will enable you to become an integral part of a Mechanical Design Team.
