Reservations Agent

Job Title: Central Reservations Agent

**Salary**: £21,000 per annum

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Role (Immediate start date)

Location: Sunderland

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

We are looking for a central reservations agent to join our client who are a professional and successful commercial vehicle company and have been providing support to businesses since 2002.

**_ Do you have good knowledge of IT and are comfortable with WORD & EXCEL?_**

**_ Have an NVQ Level 2 or higher in customer service?_**

**_ Have excellent communications skills, and enjoy working as part of a busy team?_**

Skills Required:

- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone
- Resolving any complaints professionally and promptly that may arise
- Can focus on all areas of a projects or tasks
- Strong verbal & written communications skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing customer identification & fraud detection, ensuring any concerns are escalated to the team leader or line manager
- To increase conversion leads by successful negotiation with customers
- Build rapport with customers & referrers
- Work within agreed service level agreements to achieve team & individual monthly targets
