Pulmonary Rehabilitation services sits within the community care group of CDDFT and is focused solely on delivering improved community services in County Durham and Darlington and enabling people to live independent and fulfilling lives for as long as possible. We have an established Pulmonary rehabilitation service for patients within County Durham & Darlington.

Due to the continued expansion of our community physiotherapy services in County Durham & Darlington, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a B3 pulmonary rehabilitation physiotherapy assistant.

This is a fixed term 12 month post and Full or Part time hours will be considered. It is predominantly based at Peterlee Community Hospital and Seaham Primary Care Centre however the post is trust wide and you will be required to cover all sites when necessary.
