Our client, a well-established provider of background screening checks is looking for a Customer Success Director to join their team. Currently undergoing a period of rapid growth following acquisition; with plans to triple in size over the coming year,this is a very exciting time to join our client as they look to enter EMEA markets.

As the Director of Client Success, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a strategic plan for the Customer Success team. You will play a pivotal role in leading a positive customer experience while driving growth and retention acrossaccounts. Developing a deep understanding of both the companies' product and their client's businesses will be key as you become an advocate for their clients.

To do well in this role you will need to be proactive, understanding, approachable, and organised. Ideally you will have experience within a background checks business with prior knowledge of building capability and a team to deliver strong growth with partnershipsacross sales, business development and technology teams.

This is a key hire for our client and a fantastic opportunity for someone with ambition to join a rapidly developing company as they seek to disrupt the market.
