IT Trainer

As an IT trainer you will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality, responsive, effective and intuitive IT training and materials for current and future IT business platforms, particularly in relation to the Case Management System.

Page Personnel have partnered with a Law firm based in Leeds who are looking for an IT Trainer to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.
You will be predominantly home based, but will need to be local to Leeds City Centre as you will be required in the office during September to support with the training of new apprentices.

**Description**

The successful IT Trainer will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing and delivering in house training sessions.
- Creating appropriate materials for the sessions.
- Ensuring all staff make effective use of the IT systems available to them.
- Learning, testing and monitoring new system updates.
- Learning, testing and monitoring new system updates and changes, using the case management system release notes where appropriate.
- Assisting in identifying future IT training related learning needs within the business.

**Profile**

The successful IT Trainer will have:

- 3+ years in a similar IT Training role, with demonstrable experience providing training on a complex system
- Experience of working within a regulated environment.
- Proven experience of designing and delivering IT training courses to a wide range of audiences.
- Instructional design knowledge.
- A thorough working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Ideally also SharePoint.
