**Recruitment Consultant**
- **Location**:Colden Common.
- **Salary**:Negotiable plus commission - dependant on experience.
- **Hours**: Full time, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday.
- Fully office-based.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Sales and Marketing activities**:

- Generating new business through lead creation and following up on previous opportunities.
- Attending client visits, focusing on both new business development and ongoing relationship management.
- Proactively working to enhance awareness of the 1to1 brand.

**2) Revenue generation**:

- Working to exceed KPI’s and company objectives, such as financial targets provided by Directors.

**3) Account management**
- Developing a deep understanding of your clients by gathering information about their organization, key decision-makers, working environment, and other relevant factors.
- Submitting relevant CV’s to clients within agreed timescales.

**4) Resourcing**
- Sourcing relevant CV’s against live vacancies.
- Qualifying applicants with phone calls and registration interviews.
- Preparing job adverts and posting them to boards and websites.

**5) Administration**
- Keeping all files and databases up to date.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislation.
- Supporting with timesheet chasing and credit control as required.

**6) Teamwork**
- Covering phone calls and absences.
- Attending team meetings and contributing constructively.
- Completing ad hoc duties within reason as and when requested by the Directors.
