**Job Description**:
Yard Operative required for full-time permanent role in Avonmouth, BS11. The role involves vehicle salvage, dismantling and recycling
- £23,000 per annum basic- 40 hours per week- Monday - Friday, day shift- Overtime paid at x1.5 after 40 hours worked- On-site parking, not easily accessible by public transport (Approx. 2 miles from both St Andrews road and Severn Beach train stations)- Cycle to work scheme- Employee discount- Casual dress codeAbout the job
- Loading and unloading lorries- Completing inspection reports by recording the damage to vehicles as they arrive at the site- Imaging vehicles using video cameras recording clear and concise images and sounds- Moving vehicles between locations- Providing excellent customer service and support to both clients and suppliers- Full UK manual driving license- Comfortable working outside in all weathers- Experience of using a forklift or happy to undertake forklift training, funded by the client- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Basic IT skills.
