We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team at our Central Services. You will be providing administrative support to our HR Team in our office in Fareham, primarily with recruitment and on boarding.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Posting and managing vacancies on the recruitment system

Booking in interviews

Adding relief workers to the HR system and checking the task list for any relief related tasks

Assist with managing the recruitment inbox and responding to general recruitment queries

Work with the other members of the HR team and support with new starters or other administration where necessary

Attributes & Values

Strong IT Skills

Good telephone manner

Ability to multi task and prioritise workload

Good attention to detail for accuracy

Previous administration experience, ideally working within a HR team
