We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor at Norton House Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Norton House Hotel is a luxury 4 star hotel, that still boasts the welcoming splendour of a private company home in Edinburgh. It is now a mecca for stylish AA rosette dining as well as grandiose weddings with 83 bedrooms & an award-winning spa.

**About the Role**:

- As Maintenance Supervisor your role will involve ensuring our hotel is both safe and functional for our guests and colleagues.
- Combining a mixture or proactive and reactive maintenance responsibilities.
- Conducting general hotel maintenance, looking after the property and the staff accommodation like it’s your own.
- Be responsible for scheduling regular health and safety checks, ensuring Hand Picked Hotels adheres to all regulatory standards.
- You will be responsible for the upkeep of the facilities to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

**About you**:

- To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in Maintenance and a wide range of skills and knowledge.
- You’ll be motivated by keeping this historic Hotel looking her best and in excellent working order.
- Enjoy being responsible and taking ownership of the safety and security of the Hotel and all of its guests is paramount for this role.
- You’ll enjoy working with people and building a rapport with your colleagues and guests.
- Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.

- A competitive salary package of £31,865 per year, additional hours will be paid at the hourly rate of £15.32
- This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
