**Performance Marketing Manager - £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance - Liverpool / Remote - Technology**

This booming tech business has had some serious investment - and they’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. The Performance Marketing Manager will contribute to the delivery of key targets, aligning the growth plans and businessstrategy in order to help the business thrive If you’re a forward-thinker with a numerical flair, and proven multi-channel marketing experience, we want to hear from you

The company is based in Liverpool City Centre but can be worked remotely. You will be required to visit the office 2 days a week each fortnight, which will be fully expensed

**Role and Responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager**:

- Creation and delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring KPIs are met
- Ownership of the direct acquisition program
- Market segmentation and analysis in order to best serve customer needs
- Regularly report on campaign performance and results, as well as potential new channels, using a test-and-learn approach to tailor future efforts
- Establish a brand tone and ensure consistency across all assets
- Work to defined budgets and monitor campaign spending
- Develop strong working relationships with external agencies and internal departments

**Key skills and experience**:

- Over 5 years’ experience in B2C marketing (telecoms would be beneficial)
- Track record of delivering growth
- Extensive experience using all marketing channels, including offline direct and digital, and managing these channels effectively
- Analytically minded - great with numbers and able to glean astute insights from data
- Experience with location targeting
- A relevant degree or CIM/IDM qualification is beneficial
- Digitally savvy - Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Office proficiency
