About The Role

We're looking for Operatives and Key Operatives to join us at our manufacturing site. Depending on your previous experience, you could be working on our busy production lines, cleaning machinery, or even maintaining the machinery to ensure we can keep our fast lines moving

Depending on the role, you'll be involved with maintaining and running the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.

As either a Machine or Technical Operative you'll lead on running the production line, conducting system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
Roles available include:

- Manufacturing Operative - Production (we're very flexible on shifts, let us know when you can work)
- Manufacturing Key Operative - Warehouse & FLT
- Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine
- Manufacturing Key Operative - Technical

About You

You’ll be the kind of person who:

- Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery
- Has strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active

For our Machine / Technical roles only:

- Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
- Can demonstrate a keen understanding and passion for business improvement and mechanical/electrical maintenance
- Strong root cause analysis and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Uses problem solving skills to recognise trends and make long term fixes/suggestions to improve efficiency and product quality
