The post holder will lead programmes of change and innovation that address identified clinical and operational priorities across the organisation. They will be required to interpret, identify and implement potential organisational and service changes for the Trust.
Responsible for supporting the development of the annual Quality Account and ensuring priorities within the Account are progressed and delivered upon
Responsible for overseeing progress against the Trusts Quality Strategy objectives
Responsible for the management of the Quality Improvement Team
Responsible for appropriately managing the Quality Improvement Team budget
Responsible for representing the Trust internally and externally as the Trust lead for Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism (A) and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust provides community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services in surrounding areas too. These range from district nursing, health visiting and running four community hospitals through to providing very specialist community care through talented and dedicated staff.
