**Care Practitioner - Join Our Team in Briardene**

We’re on the lookout for caring, compassionate individuals to join our friendly team of Care Practitioners at Derwent care home in Low Westwood, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. If you’ve got a passion for making a difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Pay Rate**:£11.56 per hour

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.
- Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
- Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
- Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.
